Terms of Service

A 50% (non-refundable) deposit must be paid at the time of booking.

The remaining 50% of the services are due on the day of the appointment after services have been completed.

Late fee: a fee of $25 will be charged to all guests arriving up to 15 mins late (with a 5-minute grace period). If arriving later than 15 minutes, the appointment will need to be re-schedule and your deposit will not be refunded.

Onsite Travel Fee: a fee of $75+ will be added to all services requiring travel to a location. Price will vary depending on the distance (mileage) to the location.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

In order to provide you with the best service, we ask that you do not bring any guests, children, or pets to the appointment.

We accept payments via Zelle or cash.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Discounts are not valid on bridal, showday, quinceañera packages or major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve)

Additional fees may apply for special requests during any service.
