Booking Policy:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This excludes bodybuilding competitions and weddings, which must be paid in full.

• The remaining 50% of the service fee is due on the day of the appointment, following the completion of services.

Late Arrival Policy:

• A $25 late fee will be charged for arrivals up to 15 minutes late, with a 5-minute grace period.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Onsite Travel Fee:

• A $75+ travel fee will be applied to all services requiring travel to an offsite location. The fee varies based on distance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the fee will be forfeited.

Additional Policies:

• To ensure the best service, please refrain from bringing guests, children, or pets to your appointment.

• We accept payments via Zelle or cash only.

• All deposits and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Discounts are not applicable to bridal, quinceañera, show-day packages, or services on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve).

• Additional fees may apply for special requests during any service (e.g., jewels, gems).
